You Are Not Going To Belive How Good This Vegan Pesto Pasta Is!

Being vegan comes with some challenges if your used to eating chesses and meats. But I love being vegan and I really love pasta. My spin on this recipe was to make it good, high in protien and low in oxalates. If you do not know what oxalates are check out my blog post here 

This recipe can be made in just 10-15 minutes and is great leftover as well. All the ingredients are healthy and can be purchase at most stores. I insist on getting fresh organic ingredients.
