Why am I writing this article about how to nebulize hydrogen peroxide?
I, personally, have been harmed, for life by a pharmaceutical drug that little to my knowledge or the prescribing doctor, had severe long-lasting side effects. I prefer to take health in my hands with research, opinions from functional medicine doctors and science not based on profits of drugs created by pharmaceutical companies.
Frustrated with the silencing of natural, alternative treatments by big tech and big media, I took to the web and post modalities that are healing people and giving them hope. Nothing I do or take has any amount of side effects that a drug would have, only benefits!
I hope my mission here on Healthopsy has helped you heal or learn how to take health in your hands. And is this article I will show you that is it safe to nebulize hydrogen peroxide!
Where did nebulized hydrogen peroxide come from?
The compound H2O2, or hydrogen peroxide, has several uses in our current world. Surprisingly, it can help plants and humans alike. Hydrogen peroxide use as a medical treatment began in the early 1900s and continued to grow until the 1940s.
However, with the rise of pharmaceuticals, hydrogen peroxide as a first line defense for many issues is no longer apparent. Father Richard Willhelm, the founder of Educational Concern for Hydrogen Peroxide, was dedicated to promoting the use of peroxide as a treatment. In the 1940s, Willhelm reported on the use of hydrogen peroxide to treat several ailments successfully. Among these were skin diseases, polio and bacteria‐related mental illness.
Today, hydrogen peroxide is no more than a common over the counter substance used for cuts and scrapes. The benefits of hydrogen peroxide inhalation for Covid, respiratory issues and COPD can really be an astounding healing modality.
Why nebulized hydrogen peroxide works for Covid and other respiratory issues
How can hydrogen peroxide work for something as server as Covid? Well, did you know that we use H2O2 to kill bacteria and viruses when we have a cut or scrape? Covid is a viral pathogen and H2O2 will kill the active virus. However, H2O2 also has a secondary effect, Dr. David Brownstien explains in here;
“It’s an oxidative therapy. We’re kind of all conditioned that antioxidants are good and oxidants are bad, but really, you need a balance of them. It’s called a redox. It’s like a teeter-totter. You need oxidants to stimulate the breakdown of old cells, old and injured tissue, and you need antioxidants to stimulate the repair of those old cells and old tissues.
So, the oxidants do have a benefit. They stimulate the redox pathway, and what I think we’re getting with hydrogen peroxide, ozone and high-dose vitamin C is that you’re stimulating this redox pathway to move electrons around.
When you move electrons around you can make energy molecules, ATP, you can stimulate repair cells and STEM cells and get things moving again. The human body produces a tremendous amount of peroxide. It’s produced all over the body in every cell. If this was an oxidant therapy that’s dangerous, why would we produce so much of it?
Using small amounts of peroxide, either IV or nebulizer, only has a good clinical effect. I do not see negative effects with it. [Vitamin C also] stimulates peroxide production when you use high doses.”
The respiratory track is a very sensitive but resilient system that comes into contact with viral pathogens, allergens and bacteria all the time. However, keeping it healthy quickly under any viral or bacterial pathogen that could harm it is key. This is where utilizing something as simple as H2O2 can literally change the way you handle something so severe as Covid.
I want you to learn how to use this healing modality so that you can heal yourself without dangerous drugs with side effects. Remember, if done correctly, inhalation of hydrogen peroxide has zero side effects, zero!
What items do you need to nebulize hydrogen peroxide at home
Nebulizing H2O2 is super easy, and you only need a few things to start doing this at home. First, you will need a table-top nebulizer, not a portable. You can find my personal unit here, which I really like and have had for two years. The reason you want a table-top nebulizer with an air hose is it will atomize the liquid so much better than a portable.
The second item, and the most important, is food grade hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). Guess where you can find this, well, Amazon, of course. You will want to look for a brand that does not use fillers or preservatives. I use this brand here and feel it is the best on Amazon right now.
Lastly, you will need saline. The reason you need saline (salt water) is the ph and osmolarity needs to match the bodies osmolarity. Hydrogen peroxide can be harmful if you do not mix the solution in saline and opt for regular or distilled water, which you should not do.
You can always purchase saline online or make your own at home. Making saline at home is easy and all you need to do is get a measuring glass (liquid) and some sea salt or pink salt like this. Now measure out 2 cups (pint) of filtered water and heat till warm in the microwave or stove top. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water and stir. This will make saline at .9% which is what we want.
Keep in mind that the peroxide needs to be diluted with saline. I recommend diluting it down to 0.1%. Brownstein recommends diluting it to 0.04%. Tom Levy recommends 3% and higher. Ideally, use food grade hydrogen peroxide, as it does not have any harmful stabilizers. If you pre-dilute to 0.04%, it will stay potent for about three months when kept refrigerated. If you do a 0.1% dilution, it may stay potent a bit longer.
Let the saline solution cool for a few hours in a fridge or counter top with a lid or paper on top to prevent any debris getting into the saline. Once cool please store in a mason jar or container, and you can keep this in your pantry. Let’s move on to the next step of making the nebulized H2O2 solution and start cleaning out your lungs.
How to nebulize hydrogen peroxide
Ok, first I would say you should know that measurements matter! Please use measuring spoons to accurately dose the solution to the concentration needed. Next, please get out your nebulizer and familiarize yourself with it before we place the solution in the machine.
Now get your nebulizer tank (this is where you place the solution in the tank for treatment) and in most machines it screws off the bottom of the machine. Moving on, please measure out your dosage based on the chart below. My typical dosage is ¼ tsp of H2O2 and 7 ¼ Tsp of saline solution mixed in the nebulizer tank. However, your dosage can vary based on the percentage of H2O2 you have, I suggest 3% solution always.
For the final step, you will need to turn on your favorite music or meditation and just relax for a bit because this will take 15-30 minutes. Now, place the mask of the nebulizer over your face to safely nebulize hydrogen peroxide for Covid relief or respiratory issues like asthma or COPD. Slowly breathe in the solution mist, breathe normally and inhale easily.
My final thoughts about hydrogen peroxide and Covid
Recently, I have become an expert in alternative medicine for my own immune health because of Covid and the false implications from media and other sources about the virus. So, I turned to the best functional doctors in the business. Doctors like Mercola, Levy and Brownstien all turned to alternative logical modalities to help their patients, not big pharma with an untested, rushed answer to a virus.
Let me be clear, I am not a doctor. However, I do the research and take time to understand virology and mechanism of action of this current virus. In doing that, I discovered doctors doing the same thing and wondering why many are looking to pharma for an answer and not natural, safe ways to boost the immune system and also reduce viral load on the body.
In this article, I give you a life-saving tip, if done early on can save your lungs from damage and spreading the virus if done early on when symptoms appear.
How often do you do the treatment? Is it possible to do too much?
